COMPENSATION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
  

• Diagnose mechanical and automotive system concerns accurately and efficiently.
  

• Complete mainline repairs and services according to manufacturer specifications.
  

• Identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on inspection findings.
  

• Use diagnostic equipment, service information, and technical resources to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
  

• Maintain accurate repair orders and document work performed.
  

• Follow dealership procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
  

• Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and other technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
  

• Deliver quality workmanship and help ensure customer satisfaction.
  

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous professional automotive technician experience.
  

• Mainline automotive repair and diagnostic skills.
  

• Kia certification is preferred for certified technician candidates.
  

• Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs accurately.
  

• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
  

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  

• A commitment to quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction.
