Maintenance

Description

The Maintenance Worker position responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the company properties to include company buildings including but not limited to the following: 

• Mow, trim and weed all company grounds 
• Snow removal
• Maintain and repair equipment
• Maintain and repair company buildings
• Maintain warehouse and keep inventory
• Painting (interior and exterior) as needed or seasonally
• Maybe required to make supply deliveries as needed

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday
• 8-5pm

Requirements

• Experience preferred
• Use of residential and commercial lawn and farm equipment
• Use of hand and power tools
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid TWIC or capability to obtain one
