Job Description

Maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Association. Ensures mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition. Interact with residents and vendors in customer service-oriented fashion. Have initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Communicate issues of day-to-day operations. Perform all work in a workman like fashion and conduction yourself in a professional manner.

Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p

Pay rate: $18.00 DOE with a possible increase at 90 days.
