We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a beautiful, well-maintained property in Norfolk, VA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving in a professional hospitality setting. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, addressing repairs across hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and responding promptly to guest or staff requests. You’ll help ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of the property for all who visit and work there. Salary: $17.00/hr - Weekly Pay

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on systems and equipment.


• Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility repair needs.


• Respond to guest and team requests efficiently and professionally.


• Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment by following safety procedures.


• Maintain records of work performed and coordinate with other departments.


• Assist with inventory and upkeep of tools and supplies.

Maintenance Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.


• 1+ years of experience in property or facility maintenance, preferably a hotel 


• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


• Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance duties.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
