We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hampton Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Address guest requests for maintenance issues in a timely manner

- Assist in the upkeep of the hotel's exterior and interior facilities

- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
