Job Description - Maintenance

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR MAINTENANCE PERSON!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Completing routine items from a maintenance checklist.

Daily upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property.

Address work orders assigned in a timely fashion.

Projects may include assisting maintenance supervisor, power washing, setups/breakdowns of rooms, light janitorial.

Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of work areas

Full-Time Mon- Thur 9am-5pm, Fri and Sat 9am-1pm

Pay Rate: Up to $19 DOE
