Responsibilities

• Perform general construction work and repair work.
• Multiple locations around town.
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, welding, and heating and ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility's equipment and system.Performs general cleaning tasks in the facilities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills.
• Safety Compliance
• Have reliable truck or van.
• Troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
