Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption

- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment to maintain safety and operational standards

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Ensure the hotel premises are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
