Maintenance

The ideal candidate is able to work independently and efficiently, and has great attention to detail.  Duties include groundskeeping, and routine maintenance of buildings and vehicles under the the supervision of department manager.  Some warehouse work.  Must have current, valid driver's license.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Residency within forty miles of the advertised location


• Must have a current, valid driver's license.


• A stable work record demonstrated by longevity with a previous employer (2 years or longer)
