Maintenance & Custodial Associate

$20.00 per hour | Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm | No weekends | Tinley Park, IL 60487

Graphicsland operates MakeStickers.com and Posternerd.com, where thousands of labels, stickers, and posters are printed daily. We’re looking for a Maintenance & Custodial Associate to support our production facility. This is a critical role that keeps our operation running smoothly - from building shipping boxes to receiving deliveries and helping with occasional shipping.

• Build shipping boxes for poster and sticker orders
• Keep our facility clean, safe, and organized
• Assist shipping team as needed
• Accept and organize incoming deliveries and materials
• Refill, restock, and clean bathrooms, kitchen, breakroom and common areas
• Perform general maintenance tasks including trash duties and floor care 

REQUIREMENTS

• Duties require frequent standing, sitting, lifting, walking, grasping, and gripping
• High school diploma and at least two years of workforce experience
• At least 1 year of previous maintenance or receiving experience 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs and handle physical tasks daily
• Ability to adjust your speed during busy seasons, be a self-starter
• Strong communication skills, reliable work ethic, and a positive attitude 
• Math skills like counting, simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Comfortable using computers for shipping/receiving tasks
• Powered Industrial Truck/Forklift training/certification is a plus!
• OSHA 10 certified is a plus!
