Founders 3 is looking for a Maintenance/Custodial Technician to join our growing team. If you are looking for a growing company that invests in its employees, then Founders 3 is the place for you.

Working at a newly renovated luxury condominium property, HAVN Residences & Yacht Club, you will play a proactive role in welcoming and assisting residents while providing a professional level of customer service.

Custodial responsiblities include: maintaining the cleanliness and daily upkeep of the property - conducting daily property checks, emptying trash containers, portering sidewalks, driveways and shared common areas, cleaning and stocking common area bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping and pressure washing.

Maintenance responsiblities include:  changing light bulbs, performing unit AC checks and filter changes, cleaning and possibly maintaining pool and spa; assisting with minor repairs, troubleshooting and building security.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ facilities maintenance 
• General mechanical ability
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• A team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed
• Willingness to teach and be taught
• Great customer service skills and follow through
• In good physical condition and strength to perform duties essential to perform the job requirements
• Valid Drive License required
