Maintenance & Facilities Lead

We're looking for a full-time or part-time hands-on leader who takes pride in keeping our restaurant operating at its highest level. The Maintenance & Facilities Lead is responsible for maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities, leading the maintenance team, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for both team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant maintenance team.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate outside vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, repair logs, and equipment records.
• Train team members on proper tool usage, safety, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs to minimize operational downtime.
• Help reduce repair costs through proactive preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other handyman repairs.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $13-$20/hr (higher pay may be considered based on experience)
• PTO and insurance may be provided if full-time
