Maintenance and Facilities Lead

• High school diploma with Technical Trade Certificate
  
• 5 yrs. + of maintenance/facilities in a Chemical or Laboratory facility
  
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of Chemical Storage Tank, Chemical Transfer Pumps, Reactors, Dryers, Vacuum Systems, Air Compressors, Lab Equipment, PLC, HVAC, Security and Fire Systems.
  
• Experience with Reviews, Procedures and Inventory of parts
  
• Experience with cGMP and ISO standards
  
• Manage contractors
  
• Industrial process equipment and building systems, plan maintenance schedules.
  
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  

• Safety First
  
• Determine maintenance or repairs
  
• Reviews and writes procedures and maintain maintenance documentation updated.
  
• Responsible for procurement processes for materials and services, including contract management, purchase orders organization and invoice compliance.
  
• Works with Engineering Department to plan work priorities
  
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments.
  
• Assists team members with troubleshooting equipment and systems malfunction, relying on internal and external SME.
  
• Inspects work performed by vendors and contractors.
  
• Manage contractors’ timesheets, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
