Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular cleaning and organization of maintenance areas and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to respond to urgent repair requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Basic handyman skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to completing tasks effectively and safely.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of maintenance work, including lifting, bending, and operating tools.
