What You’ll Learn:

• • Fundamentals of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• • Maintenance of extrusion presses, die ovens, pullers, saws, and handling equipment
• • Troubleshooting PLCs and automated control systems
• • Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• • Welding, fabrication, and basic machining
• • Industrial safety, LOTO procedures, and environmental compliance
• • Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Program Overview:

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required or currently completing
• 18 years or older
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial work
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in hot environments and around heavy machinery
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work flexible shifts if needed
• Previous shop, trade school, or hands-on experience is a plus — but not required!
