Maintenance Assistant – Join the Joe Basil Chevrolet Team!
Location: 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY
Pay: $18-$21/hour 
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week
Flexibility required – occasional weekends or off-hours for emergency maintenance

About the Role:
Joe Basil Chevrolet is looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facilities in top shape. If you take pride in fixing things, love variety in your day, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you!What You’ll Do:
You’ll support our team by performing a variety of general maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks, including:

• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Drywall patching and painting
• Light remodeling and demo work
• Replacing ceiling tiles
• Performing preventative maintenance on tools/equipment
• Rearranging office furniture and equipment
• Occasional janitorial tasks
• Seasonal landscaping and lawn care
• Parking lot upkeep and snow removal
• Conducting monthly OSHA and fire safety inspections
• And more—every day is different!

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to lift 60 lbs and climb ladders safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Experience in facility maintenance or related fields preferred
