Maintenance Associate

Position: Maintenance Associate

Location: White Cloud, MI

Description:
Family Health Care in Cadillac is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our progressive organization during regular business hours. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining grounds, basic carpentry and carpentry clean-up skills, assembly of office furniture, basic plumbing, and electrical work, and other building maintenance as needed, including moving of furniture. The candidate may be asked to work an occasional evening or weekend during special projects. The candidate will work under the guidance of our regular Maintenance Associate. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check. 

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be:

• Self-motivated


• Organized


• Time oriented


• Licensed to drive in the State of Michigan


• Able to operate a snowplow/salt spreader

• 
  Willing to travel between locations when needed

• Experience in hauling a small trailer


• Experience in building maintenance
