Genesis Health Clubs is committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff. We’re currently looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our team and help keep our facilities in top-notch condition.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in the daily upkeep and safety of the Club’s property. You’ll perform general facility maintenance, building repairs, assist with construction projects, and ensure that all systems are functioning properly. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily inspections of all Club properties.

Complete routine and preventative maintenance tasks across the facility.

Respond to maintenance requests and safety concerns quickly and effectively.

Work closely with Managers to coordinate maintenance needs.

Maintain HVAC systems and assist with general mechanical repairs.

Ensure all areas meet safety and operational standards.

Support occasional construction or renovation projects.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience in general maintenance, HVAC, mechanical repair, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of construction trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

Ability to identify and correct hazardous conditions.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
