Maintenance Associate

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time experienced Maintenance Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartments for new residents, including basic repairs, painting, carpentry, and appliance installation 


• Perform preventative maintenance tasks across multiple buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems 


• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner


• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects and ensure property standards are met


• Support snow removal, landscaping and other seasonal duties as assigned


• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and grounds equipment


• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment  

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC)


• Able to work weekends and holidays


• Able to join the rotating on-call schedule


• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail


• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct


• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions 


• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required


• Interested in learning and growing your skill set


• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license 


• High school diploma or equivalent
