Maintenance Clerk

We’re Looking For A: Maintenance Clerk

Location: Richfield, WI

Shift: 1st (6am - 2:30pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up, update, and manage maintenance inventory data in e-maintenance system


• Maintain and organize parts within the maintenance shop and within maintenance system


• Partnering with the Maintenance Planner, assist in the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and parts for the maintenance department


• Assist in tracking parts warranties and parts returns


• Assist in the planning, coordinating, and implementation of special projects, equipment installations, and routine maintenance


• Records repairs, maintenance completed, parts and materials used, and order new parts and materials as necessary

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent


• Prior computer and/or data entry experience


• Prior experience working with parts
