Description
The Maintenance Coordinator will have a basic understanding of and the ability to repair all issues that may arise in the disciplines of skilled trades. They possess the ability to forecast and estimate future needs in accordance with a preventative maintenance program. The Maintenance Coordinator will motivate and schedule Operations staff as to the priority of duties through direct Supervision and the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). A valid driver's license is required, with a record that meets the agency's standard.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
