Job Description - Maintenance Coordinator

Ridgecrest Village is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to work to ensure our Long Term Health Center is compliance with regulations and coordinating repairs, which include:

Sprinkler systems inspections and testing
Patient Care related electrical equipment testing (PCREE)
Maintain Wanderguard system
Maintain egress doors
Fire Alarm inspection reports
Fire Extinguisher monitoring
Fire Door inspections
Electrical outlet testing
Generator testing and logs
Backflow water testing
Fire safety Clearance for electric and storage
Patient lifts
Fire Drills, one per shift per quarter
Emergency preparedness
Disaster oversite
Maintain Boilers and inspections
Circulating pumps
Elevator inspections
