Maintenance Coordinator

OVERVIEW OF COMPANY AND POSITION

Family owned and operated for over 40 years, Bob Ruth Ford, Inc. is South Central Pennsylvania’s fastest growing dealership. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for upkeep of mowing, weeding, and other property maintenance activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED)

• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial properties


• 2 or more years of prior maintenance/facilities experience


• A familiarity with carpentry, painting, and related logistical operations


• A high school diploma or equivalent


• A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License


• Ability to work irregular hours, which may include evenings, “bell-to-bell” hours, and/or Saturdays

JOB REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED)

• Previous automotive dealership experience

JOB DUTIES

This is a “hands-on” position responsible for the daily tasks and upkeep of the dealership. Overall, this position is directly responsible for effective and efficient building operations, including but not limited to:

• Mowing and lawncare of property


• Ensuring the building is up to code with normal repairs, painting, replacing items etc.


• Repairs


• Construction/carpentry (75% of time)


• Painting


• Other facility enhancements
