How you will make an impact: 

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the community by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep. This includes electrical, plumbing, and appliance work, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will help maintain a clean and safe environment, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and support emergency preparedness. This role requires occasional travel between locations and availability for on-call support as needed.

Schedule: This role is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CST with some weekend and holiday rotation. 

What you will need: 

• High School or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience in maintenance-related jobs (preferred).
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding resident & proprietary information.
• Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels. 
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Previous healthcare setting experience is preferred and beneficial/
