```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and systems. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources.
```Duties:``` - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and safe operation of all equipment and systems - Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems - Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations - Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other facility infrastructure - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory - Fabricate or repair parts as needed using mechanical knowledge and skills - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines - Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
```Skills:``` - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and facilities management - Ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Ability to fabricate or repair parts as needed - Familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus - Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
