Maintenance Electrician

When you become a Maintenance Electrician, you'll help keep this advanced manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot & Repair Diagnose electrical, CNC, and robotic issues; identify root causes; replace or repair components with minimal downtime.
• PLC & Ladder Logic Reprogram and fine-tune PLCs and solid-state devices to optimize line performance.
• Preventive Maintenance Execute PM schedules, document findings, and recommend improvements to reduce future failures.
• Lead by Example: Coach operators and junior techs on proper repair techniques; step in for the Maintenance Supervisor when needed.
• Safety First:t Follow all OSHA and company safety policies while promoting a zero-incident culture.
• Flex for Production Work overtime or weekends when production needs demand it.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Associate's degree in Industrial Electricity or similar, OR 5+ years as an Industrial / Maintenance Electrician in manufacturing.

• Proven ability with PLC troubleshooting, robotics, and CNC controls.

• Solid grasp of electrical formulas, schematics, and NFPA 70E best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and the drive to solve complex problems independently.

• Excellent attendance, communication, and teamwork.
