What Needs to Be Accomplished

While technical expertise is essential, success in this role also depends on your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long-term value to homeowners.

• Perform comprehensive residential electrical inspections (60–90 minutes)
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting systems
• Inspect electrical panels, wiring, surge protection, generators, and other residential systems
• Educate homeowners on system health, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
• Offer preventative maintenance plans and service memberships
• Generate accurate estimates and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills, communication, and customer service

What Success Looks Like:

• Complete 3–4 maintenance or service calls per day
• Maintain a 50%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades
• Deliver thorough, value-driven inspections at every visit
• Build and retain strong customer relationships with consistent 5-star service
• Actively promote safety, reliability, and membership programs

Minimum Requirements:

• State-specific Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent preferred)
• 3–5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license 
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work safely in residential environments
• Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
