We are currently seeking Maintenance Engineer in Japan.
Job Summary:
After-sales service and maintenance operations for filling machines and food processing machinery delivered to food and beverage manufacturers.
What You Will Do:
Specifically, the following tasks are expected:
Installation, test operation, and adjustment of products (filling machines, food processing equipment)
Regular inspections and maintenance
Explanation and guidance to customers
Emergency response and repairs in case of failure
Main customers:
- Meiji Co., Ltd., Kagome Co., Ltd., Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd., Kikkoman Corporation, Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd., etc.

We Believe You Have:
- A regular driver’s license (ability to drive a regular car)
- Experience as a service engineer or support engineer
- English proficiency or willingness to work using English

Employment type:
- Full-time employee (3-month probation period)
Salary:
- From 5 million yen annually (including overtime and various allowances)
- Salary will be determined comprehensively based on past experience and interview evaluation
- Bonus: Available (once a year, in April)
- FY2023 result: Around 10% of annual base salary
- Salary raise: Available (once a year)
Working Hours:
- 9:00–17:30 (50-minute break, actual working time 7 hours 40 minutes)
- Hybrid work combining office attendance and remote work
- Full flextime system
- Holidays and Leave
- Full five-day work week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/30–1/4)
- Over 120 holidays per year
- If weekend work or business trips occur, compensatory leave can be taken.
