Maintenance Engineer III

Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, electrical, and telephone systems. Assists with emergency situations, as needed.

• Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all ice makers, walk-in coolers, freezers, beer chillers, yogurt machine and all refrigerators. 
• Maintains working conditions of restaurant equipment including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers and buffet line equipment. 
• Monitors temperature controls in Casino and Theater and makes adjustments to tabs and thermostats on heating and air conditioning equipment to keep guest comfortable.
• Responsible for ordering parts, receiving and stocking parts and maintaining parts inventory. 
• Designs and installs refrigeration and heating and air conditioning equipment. 
• Designs and installs ducting, grills, controls for changes and new additions to heating and air conditioning systems. 
• Maintains Hotsy Pressure washer and Biocinematic Electronic air filters. 

• Minimum of four years' experience in at least two of the following areas:  heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone systems.
• Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics, 
• Welding of other electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired and preferred. 
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.   
• Must be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures. 
• Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc....     
• Respond to visual and aural cues. 
• Must be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Must be able to maneuver on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs. 
• Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations. 
• Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property mechanical systems, equipment and life safety system. 
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
