       Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday as scheduled

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

We’re hiring a Maintenance Fabricator to support our production operations by welding, fabricating, and repairing stainless steel components and equipment parts. This role reviews daily work orders, fabricates parts from drawings or measurements, supports maintenance repairs, and ensures all work meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining fabrication tools, keeping the shop organized, documenting completed work, and collaborating with the maintenance team to keep equipment running efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and other welding methods to fabricate sanitary piping, guards, platforms, and custom components for food manufacturing equipment.

• Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts and structures using blueprints, specs, or field measurements.

• Support maintenance teams by fabricating parts for repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings for accurate project execution.

• Identify materials and assist with sourcing raw materials, hardware, and consumables.

• Contribute to capital projects and improvement initiatives through fabrication work.

• Maintain welding and fabrication tools for safe, reliable operation.

• Ensure all fabricated components meet safety, regulatory, and sanitary standards.

• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Safety teams.

• Assist with general shop organization, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive TIG welding experience, with other welding skills a plus.

• Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong knowledge of welding safety practices.

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment.

• Proficient with precision tools and math for accurate measurements.

• Detail-oriented, with all welds meeting sanitary and quality standards.

• Able to fabricate parts independently from raw materials to finished products.

• Knowledge of raw materials and ability to source project supplies.

• Flexible to support production repairs, projects, and occasional weekend work.

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred.

• Effective communicator and team player.

• Willing to assist with shop maintenance and cross-functional tasks as needed.
