Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including lubricating moving components, adjusting parts, rebuilding, and assisting operators during changeovers.
• Examine and repair industrial equipment to ensure they’re in proper working order.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure compliance with safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Record maintenance and repair services and track materials and parts used.
• Follow manufacturer manuals and blueprints for new machinery setup and repairs.
• Attend on-site and off-site training as needed.
• Communicate with leadership about parts and materials needed to maintain equipment.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, sit, bend, walk, stretch, climb, kneel, and lift 20-70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (from 10°F below to 105°F) and damp environments.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Basic computer skills to complete training and tasks.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, instructions, and blueprints.
• Effective communication skills to work with the team and management.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience or 6+ months with an industrial maintenance education (such as a diploma or currently enrolled in a technical school).
• No previous employment with the client in the past 180 days.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.

Additional Information:

• This position is onsite and requires full-time commitment.
• A 90-day guarantee period applies.
• $2,500 retention bonus paid after 90 days and another $2,500 after one year (eligibility requirements apply).
