Maintenance Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems.
  


• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues.
  


• Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
  


• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality.
  


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  


• Support residential painting projects as part of facility upkeep.
  


• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or team members.
  


• Supervise and lead small teams during maintenance projects when required.
  

Skills

• Proficiency in using an ohmmeter and other electrical testing tools.
  


• Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
  


• Strong understanding of schematics related to electrical systems.
  


• Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
  


• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  


• Familiarity with residential painting techniques and materials.
  


• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  


• Leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams during projects.
