Part-Time Maintenance & Utility Associate
Fairfield Inn & Suites – Marietta, OH

The Maintenance & Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining the hotel property to ensure it remains in excellent condition, supporting guest satisfaction and safety. This full-time position is scheduled 5 days per week on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces


• Respond to daily guest service requests and complete work orders promptly


• Clean public areas as noted by property checklist.


• Maintain landscaping, pool/spa upkeep, and grounds cleanliness


• Assist the front desk to help any guest with special needs requested.


• Support quarterly and monthly preventative maintenance programs and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance trades (hospitality experience a plus)


• Certifications in electrical, plumbing, or pool maintenance are beneficial


• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical maintenance duties


• Valid driver’s license required
