The Maintenance Inventory Administrator is responsible for organizing, tracking, ordering, receiving, and maintaining maintenance parts, supplies, and related records for the facility. This role supports the maintenance team by ensuring parts and materials are readily available, properly stocked, and accurately documented. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable with maintenance practices and able to work in an industrial environment. This role will manage inventory flow, purchase orders, and shipping/receiving activities.
