Maintenance / Landscaper

As a Maintenance / Landscaper at JDK Management Company, you will have an important role in ensuring our company's corporate office is well-maintained and visually appealing to guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn maintenance and enjoy working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and weeding.
• Plant and trim trees and shrubs.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Assist with snow plowing and shoveling during winter months.
• Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure a high level of maintenance.
• Assist indoors with small-scale maintenance projects, as needed.

• Experience in lawn and/or grounds maintenance is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Position Type

• This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefit-eligible position.
• Regular hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
