Accredited by The Joint Commission, Hudson Behavioral Health is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization providing Behavioral Health Treatment in Salisbury, Maryland. Since its inception in 1980, Hudson Behavioral Health has been providing cutting edge treatment for Substance Use and other co-occurring disorders. Our services include Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Treatment, and Transitional Housing.
Seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Maintenance Lead to oversee all aspects of the maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of facilities, equipment, and systems. The candidate must be able to manage, monitor, and maintain building infrastructure and equipment. A good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is necessary. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Hands on skills and experience with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
· Experience in developing and performing scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities/equipment.
· Experience with building management systems.
· Experience using power tools.
· Overall knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electric.
· Responsible for building systems and safety equipment to ensure optimal operation and performance.
· Performs hands-on maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
· Attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of management, employees, and vendors.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
5 years experience in facilities maintenance & management preferred.
Experience with facilities and equipment expansion is a plus.
Previous leadership experience is preferred.
