About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Maintenance Lead to oversee a team of technicians and ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment. In this permanent, 1st shift role, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of maintenance technicians.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
Lead the troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyor systems and robotic equipment.
Utilize diagnostic tools and technical expertise to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
Implement and adhere to established safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the well-being of all personnel.
Utilize technology effectively, including handheld devices and PCs, to manage work orders and maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment types.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and industrial controls.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Competitive salary of $28-$38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
