Conrac Solutions seeks a Maintenance Lead
to support our
consolidated rental car facilities at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.  Conrac Solutions strategically partners with industry to manage consolidated rental car facilities at airports across the country. Our buildings house the sophisticated rental car companies’ operations and include but are not limited to car washes, fueling stations, garbage services, water reclaim systems, etc.

 

This role is responsible for providing direction to assistant managers, maintenance engineers, maintenance technicians, and vendors to ensure processes are clearly defined and effectively implemented to support multiple operating sites. 

In this role, you will support facility operations and directing maintenance staff and vendors to ensure process are clearly defined and effectively implemented to support a safe and operable facility. The Maintenance Manager trains and instructs the on-site maintenance staff and participates in the diagnosis of problems and repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other areas as needed.
Please note this a FT Regular position located at the rental car facility near the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Review vendor performance and compliance with Operations Managers. 

• Collaborate with department leadership to update the capital improvement plans. 

• Complete inspections to monitor site and facility conditions. 

• Evaluate work completed by staff and contractors and provide feedback to department leadership. 

• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. 

• Maintain current knowledge of individual area of expertise. Provide updates to team as needed. 

• Establish good working relationships with other team members. 

• Foster positive communications and relationships with tenants, owners, and building staff. 

• Keep up to date on industry trends and developments. 

• Adhere to company policies and procedures. 

• Actively participate in meetings as requested. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Trade school, or technical certification preferred. May be substituted with High School Diploma and 

• 2 years of progressive experience in a similar technical role. 

• Minimum 2 years of related industry experience. 

• Complete knowledge of facility equipment and facility maintenance programs and procedures. 

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 

• Strong knowledge of safety principles and practices. 

• Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices. 

• Effective communication skills. 

• Keen attention to detail. 

• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and typing are required. 

• Professional in appearance and character. 

• Able to work well in a collaborative environment.
