Maintenance ll Full Time $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Description

• Assists or accomplishes all maintenance needs in units and common areas of the facility. 
• Performs minor routine repairs in general facility and apartment units. 
• Reports maintenance inventory status. 
• Performs minor modifications, carpentry, and painting work. 
• Conducts preventive maintenance actions such as lubrication, changing belts, cleaning, filter change, and other projects. 
• Utilizes a wide variety of hand and portable power tools. 
• Performs apartment renovations, including painting, cleaning, and repairing. 
• Conducts inspections and annotates posted log results. 
• Performs on-call duties as assigned. 
• Works independently for shift coverage, as requested. 
• Recognizes and reports concerns regarding residents' physical, mental, and emotional status to the supervisor. 

• Competitive hourly rate, $28 - $32.93
