Maintenance Manager

As our Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee all things maintenance from inspections and repairs to keeping a high-functioning team on task. If you're a hands-on professional who is motivated and up for bringing order and excellence to our operations, this is your chance.

What You'll Do:
Lead the Team: Direct inspectors, maintenance coordinators, and technicians challenging them to provide continuous, high-quality service.

Run the Maintenance Engine: Coordinate property inspections, move-outs, make-readies, and repairs across our single-family and small multifamily portfolio.

Streamline Processes: Structure processes to make maintenance more efficient, scalable, and predictable. Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Own Project Timelines: Oversee work orders and vendor jobs from beginning to end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are achieved.

Audit & Improve: Stay on top of billing accuracy, vendor performance, and job quality.

Who You Are:

• An experienced property maintenance or construction/project management executive.
• An effective communicator with experience in a high-energy setting.
• Experienced in major trades-plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting.
• Skilled in billing systems, technology resources, and performance metrics.
• Spanish and English bilingual is a definite advantage.
