Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Colonial Village Apartments - Columbus, OH 

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Pay Rate: $30 - $34/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses

Who you are:

• A minimum of three years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance. 
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, grounds, pool care, lighting, and more
• EPA certified, HVAC experience required 
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer/smartphone skills
• Owns basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening

What you’ll do as an Maintenance Manager:

• Perform apartment turnovers and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, locks, carpentry, and more
• Install and repair appliances, water heaters, toilets, and electrical/plumbing systems
• Complete work orders while keeping the community in top condition
• Oversee and guide a team
• Address emergency maintenance needs, including on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• EPA certified, HVAC experience required 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
