The JOB:

• Work with the Director of Engineering to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and impact on guest experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, including after-hours incidents.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure proper workload distribution.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• EPA Certified
• HVAC Training
• OSHA Training
• Working knowledge of Chillers, Boilers, Ice Machines, Kitchen, Laundry and Housekeeping equipment
• Certified Pool Operators License
• Excel, Word, and Outlook computer knowledge
