Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel across all shifts.
Drive improvements in equipment reliability, yield, and throughput through effective root cause analysis and preventive maintenance.
Lead maintenance-related projects, including shutdown planning and capital improvements.
Monitor and control the maintenance budget; estimate costs and benefits of process changes.
Plan and prioritize daily maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate environmental, health, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, including disciplinary actions, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; PLC programming knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with lean manufacturing, structured quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to lead by example, communicate effectively across departments, and drive performance.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and respond to urgent issues.
