Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel across all shifts.
  

• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, yield, and throughput through effective root cause analysis and preventive maintenance.
  

• Lead maintenance-related projects, including shutdown planning and capital improvements.
  

• Monitor and control the maintenance budget; estimate costs and benefits of process changes.
  

• Plan and prioritize daily maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
  

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate environmental, health, and safety standards.
  

• Maintain accurate employee records, including disciplinary actions, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; PLC programming knowledge is a plus.
  

• Experience working with lean manufacturing, structured quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Proven ability to lead by example, communicate effectively across departments, and drive performance.
  

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and respond to urgent issues.
