Maintenance Manager

Seeking a Maintenance Manager with industrial manufacturing experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Ione, CA.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and matching 401k!  Benefits start on the first day of hire!

Salary is between $100,000 - $135,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis, detailed design (including documentation), capital request preparation, installation, start-up/checkout/debugging, and cost control of assigned projects.
• Provide technical expertise in support of capital projects, process evaluation, and
  equipment modification.
• Participate in process improvement efforts in support of plant goals.
• Monitor plant systems, analyze performance, and initiate action for optimization to
  achieve plant goals for safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain all logic and PLC programs, install switches, and perform maintenance on the network as needed.
• Manage records regarding all system software changes and communicate any changes to affected employees.
• Manage contractors and maintenance staff during project installations.
• Create electrical training programs for electrical, instrument, and mechanical teams to stay abreast of federal, state and local regulations.
• Partner with Plant Mgmt to develop the five-year capital planning and the annual
  electrical operating budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree coupled with 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in an industrial continuous process atmosphere; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated process control experience in defining, designing, installing and maintaining
  control logic systems and equipment.
• Willingness to assume roles of team leader and team member when necessary.
• Advanced demonstrated communication skills.
