Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Prescott Place - Columbus, OH 

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Pay Rate: $30 - $32/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives

Who You Are:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance. 
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, grounds, pool care, lighting, and more.
• EPA certified
• HVAC experience
• Problem-solving and computer/smartphone skills.
• Own basic hand tools for work use.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for work use, and auto-insurance.
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening.

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Manager:

• Perform apartment turnovers and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, locks, carpentry, and more.
• Install and repair appliances, water heaters, toilets, and electrical/plumbing systems.
• Complete work orders while keeping the community in top condition.
• Oversee and guide a team.
• Address emergency maintenance needs, including on-call responsibilities.
