Top-performing automotive supplier is motivated to hire a good Maintenance Manager for their team in the greater Detroit area.

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with a drive for excellence? Ready to join a growing, industry leading automotive supplier? Look no further - we're hiring a Maintenance Manager to drive excellence in our production maintenance processes and ensure seamless operations in our new state-of-the-art, automated facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead a skilled maintenance team, setting the course for preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Equipment Optimization: Oversee the maintenance and repair of cutting-edge automotive manufacturing equipment. Ensure maximum operational efficiency by implementing best practices in maintenance processes.
  • Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and stay at the forefront of technology in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence within the maintenance team. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, promoting skill development and career growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions, optimize maintenance schedules, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications:
