Maintenance Manager – 2nd Shift

Northwest Frozen, Des Moines, WA | Full-time | $90,000–$110,000/year DOE

Lead our 2nd-shift maintenance team and keep our food production lines running safely and reliably.

This is a huge responsibility, and there's nowhere to hide. If you aren't an excellent mechanic, this job isn't for you. We do working interviews, so be ready to show us your skills on real equipment.

What you'll do:

• Lead, schedule and coach the 2nd-shift maintenance team


• Keep preventive maintenance and work orders on track and documented


• Troubleshoot and repair equipment hands-on (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)


• Work with production to set priorities and cut downtime


• Enforce lockout/tagout, safety and food safety/GMP rules


• Hand off clearly to the day-shift team

What we need:

• Excellent hands-on mechanical skills


• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year leading a team; food plant experience a plus


• Strong troubleshooting; PLC, refrigeration or welding a plus


• Experience with a CMMS or work-order system


• Comfortable in cold, wet production areas; reliable, organized, safety-minded
