Maintenance Manager - Electrician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development,
performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance
objectives for assigned department.
· Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the
most effective use of resources and equipment.
· Manage budget and expenditures.
· Oversee emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and
scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
· Determine, monitor and measure department KPI’s.
· Oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of
production machines.
· Responsible for all repairs and maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
· Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
· Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· 5+ years of applicable maintenance experience
· Experience with the principles and implementation of total preventative maintenance

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
· Mechanical or Electrical background

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
· Engineering Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Internal promotion with technical work experience at manager’s

Formulate departmental reports, coordinate operations and train subordinates is required.
· Ability to supervise a variety of personnel actions and direct a work force to ensure the
facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
· Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules.
· Detailed knowledge of techniques involved in preventive maintenance, housekeeping.
