Job Description: Maintenance Mechanic at CR Minerals

CR Minerals is looking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to keep our equipment and machinery running smoothly. We are seeking a hardworking and dependable individual who is looking to start a career as a full-time Maintenance Mechanic with us. Responsibilities:

- Cut, weld and fabricate using mild steel material

- Perform maintenance on conveyance equipment such as Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, Screeners, Crushers, and Mills

- Perform basic mechanic work such as oil changes and other regular Mobile Equipment Maintenance

- Operate forklifts, man lifts, loaders, and basic computer skills (not required but a plus)

Requirements:

- Proven knowledge and ability to perform the above-mentioned duties

- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively

- Must be hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn

- High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

Successful passing of Drug Screen and fit for duty physical is required for initial employment. Additionally, CR Minerals has a “zero tolerance policy” and enforces random drug screens. This is a MSHA regulated facility and Safety is our priority. All required safety training will be provided prior to starting work.

Starting Pay for qualified individuals is $22.00 per hour. A Clothing allowance, Vacation pay, 401K Plan. We offer Health, Dental and Vision Insurance as well.
