Maintenance Mechanic

Position: Maintenance Mechanic

NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our company's facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of company facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs or potential issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and equipment adjustments
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance services
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on new equipment and maintenance techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical or trade school certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests
